Modify or Cancel order

 At WildNestify, we understand that plans can change, and you may need to modify or cancel your order. We are here to assist you in such instances. To modify or cancel your order, simply send an email to support@wildnestify.com or fill out the Modify or Cancel Form, providing your order number and the changes you wish to make. We will confirm the modification or cancellation once it has been processed.

You have a 5-hour window from the time you place your order to make any changes or cancellations. After this period, your order will be locked for processing, and no further modifications can be made.

If you request a modification to your order, we will make every effort to adjust it according to the new information provided. However, if you do not provide the necessary information for the change within 24 hours of the request, we will close the case, and the order will be processed based on the original information.

We recommend that you double-check all order details before submitting to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Please be aware that modifying your order may cause a delay in delivery, particularly during the holiday season. Our team will work diligently to implement the change with the manufacturer, but this may take longer than usual.
